The buildings are set up as follows : - Main house on the ground floor : 1 large living room with fireplace and TV, 1 kitchen/dining room, 1 TV room, 1 toilet, 1 laundry room (washing machine and dryer). Floor : 1 large 70 m2 master suite (1 Queen bed or 2 single beds) with en-suite bathroom (double sink, bathtub and walk-in shower) and 1 toilet. Large dressing room. 1 bedroom (1 Queen bed or 2 single beds) 1 bedroom (2 beds 80 x 200 or 1 bed 160 x 200) and 1 bathroom with toilet. - Main annex 1 large bedroom (1 Queen bed or 2 single beds) with TV 1 mezzanine/bedroom accessible from the bathroom (1 Queen bed or 2 single beds) 1 bedroom (2 beds 80x200 that can be united in 1 queen bed 160 x 200) 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilet. - Annex 2 2 non communicating guest rooms (1 Queen bed or 2 single beds in each room) each with their own shower room and toilet. - Annex 3 1 bedroom (1 Queen bed or 2 single beds) with en-suite shower room and toilet. 1 bedroom (2 or 3 beds 80x200 that can be united in 1 queen bed 160 x 200) with ensuite bathroom and toilet. The 2 bedrooms are connected but have their own access. Living room equipment: fireplace, 2x 6-seater sofas + 2 arm chairs, library, TV, Bose speaker, etc. Kitchen : fireplace, 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens, induction stove, microwave, blender, Nespresso machine, electric teapot, wine cellar, ice maker, Bose speaker, etc. Bathrooms/shower : Hairdryer, towels.
