Very charming & brand-new Top Floor apartment w/ AC and a sunny open 10m2 terrasse in the heart of the beautiful Old Nice at less than 1 min walk from the Beach and Promenade des Anglais. Can accommodate comfortably 5 adults. This unique nest is close to everything, making your visit smooth and easy (transportation, market, restaurants, bars, clubs, beach…) You'll love its: unique location, sunny open & private terrasse, proximity from the beach, charming design and comfy rooms, equipment.
