Excellent location for the slopes and lifts. Rooms very comfortable and clean. Love the individual ski lockers which have boot warmers , and centrally located for some excellent restaurants.

Short walk from your ski locker to the lifts. Comfortable, unpretentious lodgings. Easy breakfast before hitting the slopes.

Good location close to several shops, lifts, bars and restaurants. Very friendly and helpful team - far better than most hotels. Ski lockers, sauna, steam room, decent bar area (can have a comfortable conversation). The live band on our Monday night were a lot of fun. Evening meals in the hotel are very good value vs local restaurants, but get booked up quickly, so we could only do it once. You might not like to eat in the same place 2x per day anyway.

Well thought out with easy access to slopes. Lots of different spaces to sit and relax . Friendly. Nice breakfasts. Easy to book onto evening meal . Warm. Comfortable beds, good showers. Quiet!

Location was excellent. Staff were a bit unpredictable -sometimes really helpful and going out of their way, other times a bit indifferent. Breakfast was generally good but the staff struggled at busy times.

We stayed here for 3 nights during ski season and it was great a) Location: the hotel is right at the bottom of the Bruyere's lift (30 m walk away) which is v busy first thing (opens at 9:10, we got there at 9:20 in early jan and had a 30 minute queue!) but otherwise a grerat way up to get up the mountain b) the hotel decor and facilities (bar, boot room, pool table, etc) are all good (warm welcoming fires, comfy seats and sofas) c) Staff were super friendly (and spoke English) d) Breakfast was excellent - much (much) better than a 3 star English hotel with sausages, bacon, eggs, croissant, cake, cereal, fruit, toast, jam, etc e) We also ate in the hotel for one of the evening and it was good food (and slightly cheaper than the excellent but pricey restaurants in the resort) f) room was small, but perfectly fine and had a great view.
