The room was very pleasant, not at all like one of a hotel chain. The hot water, Wi-Fi, bathroom, bed were fine. I didn’t use the TV.

The manager was so helpful courteous friendly and pleasant. She solved the problem right away. The lady in the breakfast room who is retiring today was super hard worker. She replenished the food all the time and breakfast was great. One item was missing is oatmeal which I enjoy so much.

An excellent place to explore Tours and the chateaux around. The staff were very helpful and the room was comfortable for a stay of one week. COVID style breakfast is a bit heavy on carbohydrate, b ut that is understandable! I thoroughly recommend the hotel and commend them on their standards of sanitisation for the Covid period.
