Dreadful hotel in a non tourist part of the city, broken facilities, smoke smelling room with stained carpets. Broken lift and dirty stairwell. A ten minute walk to the closest train station and a 40 minute trip to the city, no metro close by, no local restaurants for tourists, no bars for non locals, avoid this hotel at all costs. We paid for 2 nights but left after one could not wait to get out of this place. Paris is a beautiful city however Ivry sur Seine is not for tourists.

Good clean place. No comfort but everything was there.
Good clean place. No comfort but everything was there. Good bed, huge pillows that forces your feet out of bed even if you are just 180 cm like me. To far from Metro to have good Paris access. Neighborhood left, like a ghetto with wee smokers right side of. Staff at reception rude giving instructions like a warden in a juvenile jail. The other a super friendly helpful Togolese gentleman and the third a friendly smiling and greeting girl who never leaves her phone when greeting or giving out dustbin bags or T-roll. Great baker next door for fresh croissants. Big minus for foreign visitors 50+ TV stations only in French, which is ok for me but not for my wife and daughter. All together reasons we will not book there again.

No shampoo, the floor was cold.
The area is not to safe, at the middle of the night a guy was looking at our apartment windows for an hour or so and after we turned off the lights he came to our door trying to get in. It was very scary considering that we were two girls. Even now I’m still scared because of this

There are adequate shops for food and drink.
There are adequate shops for food and drink. This area does not have tourist attractions which I knew before staying there.
It is easy to catch RER or buses to the tourist hotspots.
If you intend commuting to Versailles which was my intention — unfortunately there was railway works disrupting the line and making the trip complex and arduous! On the last of my 8 days there normal service resumed, damn!
I recommend checking SANCF for rail works if things like this are important to you!
Onsite breakfast was very nice and the staff was exceptionally pleasant and helpful. They had croissants, fruit and cheese, eggs, jams, and more. We went into Paris some mornings for breakfast at a cafe, but the onsite breakfast was very nice for the days we did not go out. It was not a long walk to get a few groceries. Also, not far from Bus/Tram/Metro, which made it easy to get around Paris without a car. It was nice to have someone at the front desk 24/7 and the staff were all very friendly, welcoming and helpful!
I think this hotel deserves a better rate. Overall, we paid 92 euro/night for 3 nights (80 euro rate + 6 euro tax de séjour + 16 euro for the backpack storage the day of arrival and departure).
For this price, in Paris, you cannot ask for more. The location is perfect, not too far from Orly airport, we could Uber there for 20 euro, and very close to the metro station line 7, which gets you to the most tourist attractions in 20/30 mins.
Rooms are comfortable, silent, beds are perfect, everything is new and clean.
We did not stay here - it was that bad. Checked in went to our room and left within one half hour. The neighborhood was unsafe and horrible. The room and in fact the whole place had no a/c and it was well over 85° in our room. There was a sign in the lobby saying air conditioning wasn't working. I expect a full refund due to misleading info about this hotel. I would not have walked nor eaten in this neighborhood. Please refund my charges. This is false advertising. Unsafe area.

Very polite staff. Complementary coffee and water in the lobby. Quite location (despite being near the Paris ring), 450-500 meters from two metro stations of line 7 (Porte d'Ivry and Pierre et Marie Currie). The room size was satisfactory given the usual near the center Paris' hotels (I was staying alone, maybe it would have been less comfortable for two people).
Affordable place. Really recommend for those willing to pay less than Paris is charging near the center. The hotel was clean, staff was very nice, shower and bed are very very good and the location is really conviniente close to the metro station. Truly recommend
The room was very clean, minimalistic but good beds, amazing big screen Tv, great shower, great gentleman on the reception, very helpful, clean hotel, would happily use again. Also when you close your window it’s very dark and quiet so you can have good sleep.
We have choosed this Hotel for our first trip in our Honeymoon. Hotel have arranged special welcome packet and design for our room. I want to say that is a big surprise for us and it is a great moment when we entered into our Room😊.
It's gorgeous hotel in quiet neighborhood. It has that french vibe you might looking for while visiting France. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Thank you very much Sam and other nice employees we met there !
Your typical hotel room - everything you needed for a short stay. Bed was comfortable and room was cool enough with aircon. The hotel is right on a tramline which connects straight to metro down the road.
I liked that they had a free car park- this made me book it.
Staff were friendly and the hotel was clean.
Was able to get the local bus to trian station in 10mins then trian station took us into Paris
Had the amenities of an apartment and water flow was really good on the shower. The hotel staff was really helpful and there is an amazing bakery just outside of the metro station.
Good connectivity to Paris by public transport. Nice eating options and bars near the hotel. Staff was cooperative and was able to help me and answer all my queries.
