“A real pleasant surprise!!! We booked a family room and it was well above the expected level. Three big comfortable beds with plenty of space. a Separate toilet and separate shower which was really good. A coffee machine which also gave hot water for tea too. Lots of parking, easy to get to, Friendly, helpful staff”

“The hotel was bright and clean and the room and beds exceptionally comfortable. I have to make special reference to the staff, who were wonderful. Honestly don't think I've ever been to a hotel, let alone a 3 star and met such exceptional staff. They helped take our stay to the next level, Jordin and Lilly on reception and the lovely lady at the bar, whose name sadly, I didn't get were the nicest and friendliest people you could wish to meet. If I go back to Lyon, I would stay nowhere else and it was a real pleasure to meet those lovely ladies. The breakfast was really good for the type of hotel. I am a vegan, so not a great deal of choice for me but to be fair, I never asked them if they could provided a vegan breakfast. My friend had the scrambled eggs and said they were really good, much better than she had expected. I had the fruit salad which was great. All in all a fabulous stay. 5* service.”

“Absolutely everything. The decor, the warm welcome, the cleanliness. The bed was so comfortable we didn't want to get up in the morning ; thankfully the breakfast made it worthwhile! The shower was great, the room was small but tastefully decorated. Free parking. Some people will appreciate it being a 'smart ' hotel, with many facilities available on your smartphone, and a slightly scary robot moving around reception!”
