The kitchen, open to the living room with a bar, is fully equipped for cooking and eating for 6. The apartment is suitable for your short trips or long stays. There is a washing machine, a dishwasher and a large closet for your belongings. In the bedroom is a bed of 140cm and a folded extra bed in cube form (width 70cm). In the living room you can sleep on a convertible sofa (140cm) and / or a single bed (90cm). The apartment is equipped with a TV and high-speed Wifi (fiber). For your business a desk is at your disposal.. The accommodation is very clean and well maintained. On arrival the beds are made. Towels, shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, dish-clothes, tea towels, detergent, tabs for washing machines are included. In the kitchen you find capsules for the nespresso machine, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, .....

The district is alive, popular, in the process of gentrification, near the station, near two tram stations (lines A, B, C in 8min on foot). If you arrive by car, you can park it in the basement parking (height limited to 1,85m).
