They went above and beyond when my husband asked if it would be possible to watch the rugby match on the TV by finding a chanel on the main TV. As it was a Sunday we booked a meal. This was a home cooked delicious evening meal with a good selection of local wines. They were excellent hosts who offered a very warm welcome in awell maintained and comfortable Guest House near the centre of Romorantin

The evening meal was pre-organised for a group of us Matra enthusiasts, and was lovely. Breakfast was also good, and the staff were both polite and helpful. I have been to Romorantin before as it was the home of Matra Automobles and have visited La Pyramide previously so it was as expected.

The bed was very comfortable, good sized shower over the bath and very quiet. The location is exceptional and worth a short detour from the A85 autoroute. The stay stayed overnight enroute travelling south. Veggie evening meal was really good. Excellent service.NeilUnited Kingdom

Also appreciated is the e-mail beforehand with recommendations for restaurants and bars in the neighbourhood. The rooms look like bedrooms in a family home, not in a hotel. The air conditioning, temperatures can get high in Sologne.

We had access to all the facilities in the house and even anything in the fridge, freezer and kitchen.
