Quiet in spite of being in the middle of town. Private parking was a game changer for us.
The room and the bed were extremely comfortable.
Decent although cold breakfast.
The adjacent restaurant was excellent.

I would definitely recommend this apartment. The hosts were very helpful and late check-in is no problem at all with the code and key box. The apartment is convenient and looks great. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. The location is also very convenient. Everything is close to the apartment and within walking distance.

Easy to find, good road links, clean, and comfortable.
We love Arras. It's a shame we only ever stay enroute while travelling to the South of France. We've decided that we will make a proper holiday in the city in the future and take time to enjoy this vibrant place, as well as exploring the history and the WW1 battlefields.

The main reason for our visit was to visit the Christmas Market which is one of the largest we have seen. At other times of the year there appear to be plenty of other places to visit and activities in the city or surrounding area. We ate out twice there - are certainly a lot more restaurants to try!

Arras has two beautiful squares - the Grande Place and the Place des Heros. The architecture is beautiful and the belfry and museum are very interesting. As well as some great shops, there's a very extensive market on a Saturday morning each week. At the moment there's a large and varied Christmas market each afternoon and evening. The surrounding area is of particular interest for details (and cemeteries) from the first world war.
The centre of Arras isn't large so it's easy to walk from place to place.
We stayed at B+B, Arras last year and liked it so much that we stayed for two nights this time and did a bit more exploring. The rooms are not particularly big but you only sleep and shower in them so they are fine for us; the bed sheets and towels were clean and the room was quiet overnight. The location is just off the ring road so it's easy to find and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby; the staff were friendly and helpful especially the Manager and there was plenty of food to choose from at breakfast.
Beautiful hotel with lovely decoration. Our room was very comfortable and clean with coffee makings, we were also given a chilled bottle of water on arrival. The shower in the room was great.
We had the breakfast which was also great, a choice of teas as well as coffee and a nice selection of jams, cheese and hams to eat with the baguette and croissant we were given.
The hotel was also very close to the centre of Arras which was very pretty.
Chez Fred&Vir is a great little apartment located in the centre of Arras close to Hotel de Ville and Place de Heroes. The apartment is compact but very comfortable, functional and well equipped for our 6 day stay. Parking is also provided which is a real bonus in this inner city location. The hosts were friendly and were always contactable. We really enjoyed our stay at Chez Fred&Vir.
Exceptional in every way. Everything in the apartment was of the highest standard and the pool was so luxurious with jacuzzi and sauna and we had it all to ourselves. Secure parking and only a short walk to the city centre. The staff are friendly and helpful and you feel like you have a luxury suite in a 5 star hotel. We will definitely stay there again.
Clean and convenient. Good aircon. Excellent value for money. Great for a stopover whilst travelling through France. The square in town centre is well worth visit if you have time. Really beautiful. Good shopping area just across the road from hotel with restaurants and bars and enormous supermarket to stock up on supplies.
Easy to locate in Central Arras. It is a modern and well appointed hotel with good facilities. The bedroom was rather dark with a very sombre decor and a really miserable photo of two disgruntled men over the bed. Not to our taste!
The breakfast was varied and enjoyable.
There is a decent carpark by the hotel.
This was our favourite place that we stayed on our 14 day trip through England and France. The room and house was beautiful and we felt like royalty at breakfast. A wonderful couple run the place and you won’t be disappointed staying there.
Fantastic hosts, fantastic apartments, fantastic location (for Arras Town square). Have stayed a couple of times on way travelling through France. Great stopover for Le Chunnel (one hour in the morning).
The best location in Arras. Less than a 100-metres from the vibrant city centre square. Restaurants, bars, and people watching two minutes from your apartment, which is clean, modern and comfortable.
The hotel is close to the city centre and the staff were friendly and professional. In addition, the lobby play area was nice with vintage video games and football table.
A great hotel in the centre of Arras, right on the main square with cheap public parking right outside and a choice of restaurants and brasseries in close proximity
A wonderful place in the middle of Arras old town, bars and restaurants all around you and a great restaurant in the hotel too, we couldn't recommend it enough.
