Design and cosy apartment, very near from both subway lines and shuttle airport in the chic and connected area Saint Aubin. Ideal for a couple, linen supplied , arrival / departure at any time (when the previous traveller has already leaved), maximum flexibility with our system of key boxes! This studio on the first floor of a typically Toulousian building was renovated very recently in 2014, by our care, so that it is the most pleasant to live for a couple. Found of gastronomy, we have a kitchen well equipped ! combined oven-microwave / Dolce Gusto, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, and kitchen utensils will allow you to cook as at home. The room / office is cosy thanks to the ground electric heating, the climatization, its bed 140 carefully lined for your arrival, a Freebox (high speed WiFi). Big closet with mirror doors, drying washing machine and iron. Italian-style shower 140 x 90cm, hairdryer, bathroom linen, welcome gifts and kit of first aids are supplied to you.

No babies (less than 2 years old) Checkin after 19:00 Checkout before 11:00 Autonomous arrival with securized keybox Apartment with stairs/2nd floor, no lift. No parking.
