A real cocoon, full of charm in the heart of the magnificent old town of Nice, a few steps from the famous cours saleya and its daily market, the sea, the Rossetti and Garibaldi pace. You will be conquered by this recently renovated flat, under the roofs of old Nice, decorated with great care and attention to detail to make you feel at home. On the top floor (5th) of a typical building without lift, the flat is fully air-conditioned, ideal for 1 couple, and a maximum capacity for 3 people (thanks to an extra single bed). It is a romantic flat, the views are impressive: sea view, you can see all the roofs of the city, but also the waterfall and the castle hill and even the main square of the city: Massena Square. A large living space: living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen. A bedroom with plenty of storage space. The living room consists of a comfortable sofa facing the window and its wonderful views, a "smart tv", a large wardrobe, a dining table for 4 and a contemporary and very well equipped kitchen, with a dishwasher and a washing machine.
