Located in one of the most sought after sectors of Antibes, this one-level detached villa is full of Provencal charm. While it is situated in a safe and peaceful cul-de-sac just outside of Antibes centre, it is still an easy 10 minute walk there where you will find the beaches, shops, restaurants, and leisure facilities. The ease of getting there by foot obviously means you don't have the infamous parking difficulties of Antibes! Antibes occupies a prime location between Nice and Cannes making travel to either town quick and easy. For a relaxed and chilled atmosphere - Antibes beach and old town are unbeatable - especially at an easy 10 minute walk away on a flat surface all the way! For the younger – or simply younger at heart – there is Juan Les Pins - which is approximately a 15 minute walk or 2 minute car ride. Juan Les Pins is full of fun bars and restaurants and the shops stay open until very late at night too :-) If you want to visit the region by public transport, you can choose to take the bikes the 5 minute ride to Antibes train station or take your car and park it at the station or simply walk 15 minutes and you are there!
