Excellent location! The patio terrace was fabulous, even in the rain one evening. The owner was great with his communication and helpful tips. We highly recommend!

Fair warning though, the building has no elevator so the stairs are a bit of a hike for the elderly person like my mam. Jacques was a wonderful host and extremely helpful and kind. I would highly recommend this apartment for your stay.

Le bâtiment est situé au centre ville. Pas de besoin de prendre un véhicule, vous pouvez vous rendre au centre ville à pied. Pour vos besoins alimentaires, l'hypermarché carrefour est à 5mn à pied. L'appartement est très lumineux et situé au dernier étage d'un petit immeuble de 4 étages. L'appartement dispose d'une large terrasse de 18m2 avec vues sur Beaune et le vignoble. L'immeuble est calme et pas de vis à vis avec les appartements voisins.
Nous sommes un couple franco Russe, nous habitons à une trentaine de km de Beaune dans une ancienne ferme rénovée. Nous connaissons bien la région Bourgogne
