The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you for rent this charming 75 m² duplex apartment in Calais which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it comprises a 45 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and two shower rooms. The housing is composed as follows: - A living room of 45 m² with TV, Wifi (optical fiber), sofa and dining area. - An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates... On the first floor: - Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190) and an adjoining shower room. - Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190) and an adjoining shower room. Sheets and towels included. - Separate toilet For more comfort : washing machine, baby bed, fan, ironing board and iron. Other remarks : - Sheets and towels included. - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors.
