I like the staff specially in the reception, unfortunately I wasn’t able to get her name but certainly she is very helpful.
United Arab EmiratesLove it all! Beautiful inside. Room is big and super clean. Aircond is a plus, has a kettle and a safe. The gentleman that checked us in was very nice and humours. Free parking nearby was a bonus. Restaurant served good food and wines. Good service overall. We enjoyed everything in this hotel and in this lovely town.

The hotel is undergoing some changes which I had read about, and getting to the rooms should be better once they have been completed. I ate at Le 9 on the terrace and had a great meal. SpainThe room was central to the town and was very quiet due to the twin sets of windows.. The staff at the the hotel were fantastic. The front of house man (manager, owner maybe) was incredibly helpful and had a fantastic sense of humour. The character of the hotel was great. Artworks, wide staircases and a fantastic dining room.
United KingdomAs the building is undergoing renovations we were given a free upgrade. The room was fantastic, the only issue was when the fuse blew and the lights went out. The electricity also went out in half the room, but the staff were fantastic and very quick to solve these issues. having a Jacuzzi in the room was a nice bonus!
