This apartment is amazing and have absolutely everything what would you need, from cafe machine till bathrobes. The hosts are living at the same building,just the next door, therefore ready to help you with any question immediately. The area is also nice and have a small, charming river close. Highly recommend!
SpainThe property was superbly furnished, top quality fittings and furnishings, very comfy bed. A brand new kitchen and bathroom, immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, in a beautiful village location. Pete and Kim were excellent hosts, helpful with advice on local amenities. We could park right outside for free, unusual and a pleasant surprise. Will definitely be staying again, and for longer next time. Thank you for an amazing quick stopover.

Very close to Le Somail where we had a fabulous meal on the canal du midi and managed to walk there as only 1.9 miles away. A hidden gem is the river and rapids which we only found out about from the hosts. Kim and Peter are really good hosts and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommended this place

A modern large luxury boutique apartment in the village of Saint Marcel Sur Aude. The property size is approximately 110 sq meters and consists of a large living area which includes an office space with computer and printer for your use. The two bedrooms both have Smart televisions and have either a King or Superking size bed, one of the rooms has an en-suite toilet and washbasin. The kitchen is large and fully equipped with modern appliances, including washing machine and dishwasher. The kitchen also hosts a nice dining area with large table and 6 chairs. There is free Wi-Fi available.
Kim and Pete would like to welcome you to our apartment and we look forward to making sure you have a pleasant stay. You will receive a complimentary welcome basket on arrival, which will include milk, tea, coffee, water and a bottle of wine to get you started.
The village has a selection of local shops, two supermarkets and there are two wonderful restaurants, all within walking distance of the property. The village is very close to a number of other villages and well within walking distance (3 km) where you can dine in one of the many restaurants along the canal du midi. There are plenty of Chateau's around the area if you wish to visit the local vineyards and try some of the superb wine around here. There are plenty of activities around the area to suit all including the Zoo at Sigean, local bike rental, beaches and many more.
