A haven of peace, no near neighbours, in a lovely rural situation. Can sleep up to 20 people in 5 bedrooms; with all mod cons - a fully equipped kitchen; dining room seating up to 24; 4 showers, in 300 m2 of living space. MININUM RENTAL 2 NIGHTS. Cost is 11 euros/person/night during the week (except for July/August & Xmas hols) and 19 euros/person/night at the week-ends. (except July & August, Xmas & New Year). Cleaning option - 150e if we do it Bedding option - 8e/per/stay Heating - 10e/day
I love the fact that the eco-friendly house is so rural - in an oasis of green - and so very quiet & private, but at the same time a great place to party or play music. Then there's a small town, Martigné-Ferchaud just 5 mins away, (with a railway link to Rennes) and Chateaubriant, the largest town around, is only a 15 minute drive, so I enjoy the best of both worlds - rural and urban! There is no public transport as far as the house, but I could pick up guests from the railway station at Martigné if they do not travel by car.
