United States of AmericaThe location was excellent, close to the Metro and RER, and walking distance to a cute neighborhood with many good restaurants. The building was distinctive--an old building--but the apartment itself was modern and completely furnished with plates, glasses, microwave, dishwasher, etc. A bonus: free laundry facilities on the ground floor. The apartment was also very clean and nicely decorated. Wifi was also excellent. Our unit had two bathrooms, which was a luxury for a family traveling together.
United States of AmericaSomeone met us and ran through all the special items in the apartment. The apartment was extremely secure! I loved the little street location, and it is of course nearby everything you could want, from fresh croissants to quick items. Great shopping, great restaurants around. Having three bedrooms and three bathrooms was amazing for our family of 5. The place was spotless, spectacularly appointed and beautiful. Liked having Netflix and we were met with a nice bottle of Champagne, gorgeous chocolates and a useful tote bag and map. I would hands down stay here every time I go to Paris.

IsraelPerfect little suite. Just enough space for 2. Located on a quite street next to a fire station. Loved the access to the Washer and Dryer and having a kitchen. Plus this place is right around the corner from a very fun area with restaurants, shops and a wet market once a week.

For a city hotel apartment, it was relatively spacious overall (but individual rooms were tiny: see details below). Impeccably clean. Great, comfortable beds. Attractive furniture, fresh and clean. Loved having pretty blackout curtains in the bedroom. Appreciated the hairdryers (one for each bathroom) and generous allotment of shampoo and body wash. Appreciated having a decently well-stocked kitchen, attentive communication, nice welcome note and gifts.
