The fine print
IMPORTANT RULES :
- Respect for the neighborhood and the rules of community life, avoid noise/olfactory nuisance - Respect for the common areas.
- Any illegal activity (prostitution, drug trafficking, nightly noise) is forbidden.
These nuisances to the neighborhood and activities may result in immediate eviction from the apartment without refund.
An identity document may be requested from each traveler upon entry into the premises.
The number of occupants must correspond to the reservation made, if this is not the case, additional costs and the tourist tax will be claimed.
- Any anomaly noted at the time of the entry in the places (broken furniture, dysfunction of the equipment etc) and incident occurring during the stay must be announced in the 2h of your arrival with photo with the support as far as possible.
- Similarly, if a remark or a breakage must be reported during the stay, please write to me via the mailbox.
When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 15EUR per pet, per stay applies.

These points are very important in order not to impact your stay and those of the next tenants. This allows us to react and to do what is necessary as soon as possible.
- The apartment must be returned clean and in good condition. Any damage will be deducted from the deposit.
It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the apartment. An ashtray is available outside at the foot of the property.
After abusive observations, a supplement of 120 euros will be asked if this is not respected. This includes the total cleaning and disinfection of the apartment and the removal of odors with an ozone generator.
Please do not throw anything out of the windows, as the bedroom windows overlook the terrace of the neighbor below and do not wish to have anything to pick up.
At the end of your stay, please respect the following rules:
- Empty the fridge
- wash and dry the dishes and put them away in the cupboards
- Gather the bed and bath linen in the basket provided in the bathroom
- Take out the garbage (left side of the building at the back towards the garage).
- Put the keys back in the Keybox
The cleaning is done by a professional team, for the non - respect of the instructions of departure and of a state of linen of bed and bath returned more than dirty, additional expenses will be asked you.
Only one vehicle is allowed in the parking lot (the assigned space is sent to you with the arrival instructions. If you come with a second vehicle, please park it outside, you have space too.
Additional fees may be charged if the above rules are not respected as well as the subscription of additional TV channels, multimedia purchases.
Thank you for respecting the environment. Any excessive consumption of electricity, heating and water will result in an adjustment at the end of the stay.
For our organization, the check in time is after 16:00.

Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 08:00:00.
Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests don't receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.
A damage deposit of € 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
