Concierge fees are NOT INCLUDED & need to be paid PRIOR TO ARRIVAL (wire transfer). House history : The house has recently undergone a full renovation. Phase 1 : completed May 2019 (photos you see) & on the rental market for 2 years with 2 bedrooms (6 people) on the ground floor and a terrace all with a sea view from the 1st floor. Phase 2 : completed January 2022 (no photos yet) with the addition of 3 bedrooms/bathrooms & a second kitchen/living/dining area. ** Until June 2022, only phase 1 is available for rent while we furnish phase 2. From July 2022, both phases can/will be rented as 1 large house with 5 bedrooms/5 bathrooms 2 Kitchen/living/dining areas and a terrasse. ** Prices are up to date and reflect Phase 1 until June (2 bedrooms, 6 people) and entire house July/August (5 bedrooms, 10 people). Off season, you do not have to rent the entire house. Price will be based on when and the number of rooms you rent. Please contact me for rental and concierge costs.

My husband has been coming here for 52 years. His mother came here her entire life as did her mother. A love of this island has been passed down for 3 generations. I have been fortunate to be able to come here for 25 years and enjoy this paradise - our 3 children have been able to vacation here, without cars and where everyone knows everyone, in complete safety. Generally, people that vacation here fall in love with this little 'croissant' called paradise. It is a simple place. No airs. No pretenses and I am so happy to now own a house and be able to share it with you. I think you will quickly see that we are sea lovers as the decor of the house is most definitely sea-related.

The island is 3km long and 700m wide, only to be explored on foot or by bicycle. The vehicleshave been voluntarily limited to what is strictly necessary (doctor, nurse ...). THAT is what makes it paradise. We are in the village center where you will find all that you need about ... 100m away!! Bakery, bicycle rental, grocery store, book store, clothing store etc ... But, being in the village center does not mean it is noisy as we are on a side street so dark at night and incredibly quiet.
