Deze woning bezit een grote, goed uitgeruste keuken. Vanuit de eetkamer kan je rechtstreeks naar de patio. De keuken geeft uit op een groot zuidgericht terras. De woning bevindt zich in een tuin van 700 m2 met verschillende zithoeken, zowel in de zon als in de schaduw, voor elk wat wils. Het zwembad van 8 op 4 is beschikbaar van juni to september.
De woning is rustig gelegen in Flaux, vlakbij Uzes. Avignon en Nimes bevinden zich op 30 km. Er zijn hier enorm veel activiteiten . Zowel op sportief als cultureel vlak kom je hier aan je trekken.
