Everything, a wonderful welcome when we arrived, friendly and so helpful we felt like valued guests straight away. The decor was lovely and well thought out and everything so clean.

The room was very clean and tidy, the hotel had a very clean sense to it overall. Located just at the middle of Niort city centre, it's very close to everywhere (Niort isn't a very big city anyway). The breakfast was OK, could definitely do with some improvements though. Overall, a recommended place to stay.
