Immeuble plutôt calme, avec un garage indispensable dans ce secteur ! le quartier en lui même n'est pas top mais vite oublié car on arrive en quelques minutes à pied aux canaux et à la zone piétonne, pour ceux comme nous qui craignent la proximité de la gare : on n'a rien entendu !

Appartement entièrement rénové avec du charme.Très bien situé à 2 pas des gares routières & ferroviaires,en bas de l'immeuble location de véhicules & à 5 min du centre.Peu accueillir une famille jusqu'à 5 personnes avec son lit bébé..Situé à 5 min de la sortie d'autoroute et de la rocade.N'hésitez pas à nous contacter
Maman dynamique je participe à la vie de l'entreprise de mon époux ainsi qu'à la vie associative de la commune, je gère la location du gîte mais sa situation géographique par rapport à mon lieu de vie me complique la tâche.
Quartier de la gare avec beaucoup de petits commerces.Au bout de la rue le centre commercial " COURIER " avec de grandes marques pour aller faire du shopping & le cinéma d'Annecy.A 10 min du Lac et 45 min des stations de ski.Vous aimerez notre région car en été comme en hiver les activités sont multiples.
