Sophie communicated very well and has a beautiful home that was very comfortable and made for a lovely stay over the course of the weekend. She has her own champagne and gifted us a lovely bottle which made for a nice touch. She had lovely BBQ facilities which is perfect for champagne region where restaurants are few and far between making eating at home a necessity.
