Spotlessly clean, very comfortable, secure parking, lovely outside area and super helpful host who even organised the vets for us to take the dogs before returning to the UK.
United KingdomThis is our second visit to Gite Ty-Coz, the hosts are so friendly, helpful and polite, the area is so peaceful, scenary is amazing, if you are looking for nightlife, cafes and bars this is not for you. If it's peace, quiet, comfort, Champagne and homemade jam if your lucky, then this is the place to stay. A car is a must, lots of countryside to explore too, and local produce. We will definitely be back again for a third time. Sometime in the future. David & Colleen.

Le gîte est parfaitement équipé, proche des commerces et très confortable notamment pour accueillir des enfants en bas âge. Nous avons pu également enmener notre chat avec nous qui a beaucoup apprécié de pouvoir se balader dans le beau jardin de nos hôtes ! Sur les bons conseils de nos hôtes nous avons pu visiter cette belle région aux portes de la Champagne nous en sommes ravis !

Nous serons ravis de vous accueillir dans notre gîte pour randonner en Champagne ; celui-ci est situé au pied des vignes, dans le charmant village de Charly-sur-Marne, un des 15 premiers villages viticoles de l’appellation Champagne, classé au patrimoine mondial de l’Unesco, et au coeur d’une région riche en histoire. Les Parcs DISNEY et le Center Parc Village Nature se trouvent à 45 minutes du gîte et sont facilement accessibles par l'autoroute A4 (sortie 14), sans les inconvénients dans ce sens de circulation des embouteillages !
Nous vous invitons à partager notre maison entourée d’un grand jardin arboré et fleuri. Le gîte que nous avons soigneusement décoré pour votre plus grand bonheur possède un accès indépendant. Il est en cours de labellisation "Meublé de Tourisme" Venez goûter le calme de notre maison et de notre jardin, ainsi que de la terrasse à l’abri des regards, pour apprécier un moment de détente et pourquoi pas une bonne coupe de Champagne !
Au centre du village, le gîte Ty-Coz jouit d'un environnement particulièrement paisible. Il est entouré d'un magnifique jardin arboré et fleuri, avec vue sur le village et la campagne environnante. Séjourner à Charly sur Marne offre la possibilité de balades ou de randonnées, que ce soit en bord de Marne ou au milieu des coteaux des vignes de Champagne. Château-Thierry, proche du gîte, est le berceau de Jean de La Fontaine. Reims et Paris sont à 1h de voiture du gîte.
