Neko is an amazing hostess, very charming, hospitable and I can say without hesitation that she truly became a good friend during these 8 nights. I also was told that I was the first Russian in her apartment, so I enjoyed a very special treatment and our conversations were a real cultural exchange, very enriching and helpful for a person like me who was for her first time in France! Her accommodation is located very close to the historical city center, too, and I had everything I needed there.

Neko’s property is fantastic! It’s right in the middle of Nice, about a ten minute walk to everything you need (including the beach!) I had a great stay, Neko is so great and really helpful and friendly. It was my first time solo traveling abroad and staying here was so perfect for transport links and if I needed to ask anything I was unsure about Neko was always around. I couldn’t not recommend it enough, the bedroom is really big with a desk and a super comfy bed. The apartment itself is decorated really nice, with a chic design that makes it feel really authentic and cosy. Everything was perfect, I had a fantastic time exploring such a beautiful part of the south of France. I’ll be back!

The apartment is in a great location in the center of Nice and next to the tram station and close to the train station. The entrance to the house is clean, the area is safe. The hostess Neco is a wonderful and friendly woman. She helped me with various questions and made my stay in Nice wonderful. My room had a great view on the city. Near apartment a lot of shops, historical sights and the beach. If I come to Nice again, I will glad stay in these apartments again. Thank you.

    Nope. Street parking is possible, free at night, weekends and public holidays. There also are 2 private parkings close by Nice Étoile and Marshall. Hope it helps !

  • How fast is the wi-fi in this apartment?
    I cant give numbers at the moment but fast enough for all the remote working guests that I had the pleasure to receive at home :)

The flat is located in a very central and super safe area, close to everything. The building is a beautiful 1835 bourgeois. No shoes are permitted in the flat. Bathrooms are bleached everyday. Starting June 2022, I will offer tours on my little sailboat departing from Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat. I propose 3 kind of tours : - Sightseeing tour around the Cap Ferrat and the Bay of Villefranche-sur-Mer, - Snorkeling tours in the bay of Saint Laurent, - Aperitour which as called a tour consisting in enjoying a glass (or 2 ?) of an axcellent wine while being on the sea. I do provide snorkeling material. I also offer a paddle to those who'd prefer a " walk on the ocean" ;) I will settle my tour according to your wishes. Tour or not, I will do my best to make you enjoy your stay at my place :)Please do not hesitate if you have any further questions :)

The area is very centrally located. Less than 10 minutes walk from the Old Town - 10 to 15 walking distance from the beaches and the train station - Tram2 stop DURANDY at the corner - Galeries Lafayette and shopping mall at 5 minutes - Parking Nice Étoile or Marshall at 10 minutes too.
