The staff were amazing. Upon arrival we were greeted with a smile and armed with tons of information on things to do in the area i.e., tours, restaurants etc. The rooms were comfortable and clean and breakfast was really good. I highly recommend this property.

The location of the hotel is right in the centre of everything. This is the second time we’ve stayed here and it’s more from the lack of choice in Cognac if I’m honest. This time round the room we got was large and good size. Overall very comfortable stay and lovely staff.

This hotel is perfectly located on the main plaza. It looks regal from the outside and is beautiful on the inside. The decoration/cleanliness/ facilities were of a very high standard. All in all a wonderful stay and we would certainly stay there again.

The staff were so kind and accommodating. The location was excellent. The breakfast was delicious. The bed was comfortable. The view was lovely out the window at the bustling Square. It was equipped with air conditioning and there were refreshments in the lobby.

  • Hi, where is the parking for the hotel? Is there Disabled Parking? Are there lifts to upper floors? Thanks, Andy
    Hello Andy, We have an indoor parking that is an extra 13 euros per night, please note that it must be booked in advance. There is also free parking in the town not far from the hotel. And yes, we do have a lift in the hotel. Regards, Bella.

  • Hi I’m travelling with a motorhome and would like a night in cognac in your hotel is there a pace I can park at your hotel please?
