United KingdomWe were given a friendly welcome. Our two rooms were clean and smart with plenty of storage space. A problem we discovered of a slight smell in one of the bathrooms was promptly and effectively dealt with. The restaurant was very friendly, the menu du jour was tasty and excellent value. This is a very friendly, unpretentious hotel offering comfortable accommodation at a very fair price. We would certainly use it again.

Table d'hote menu for evening meal was good and very reasonably priced and breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Would happily recommend and would e happy to stay there again.

The facilities were as we expected for the price paid The staff were to hand but there was no feeling of ‘ being watched ‘ We had a garden room which effectively meant we had a ground floor room overlooking the garden. There was access to a shared outdoor verandah but it did not overlook the garden.
