Cosy studio recently renovated and tastefully decorated. This apartment will win you over with its ideal location just a few minutes from the famous Promenade des Anglais and all amenities. Ideal for exploring the city on foot, while still enjoying the peace and quiet! The apartment comprises a living room with sofa bed (real mattress), a fully equipped open kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a balcony and air conditioning. The apartment is equipped with high quality hotel linen with sheets and towels for each person. The kitchen is fully equipped with salt, sugar, oil, coffee and tea. Baby cot of 123 cm length available on request. The price per stay is 35 euros for this one -Self check-in. - Parking NOT included. -Third floor with elevator
