This is an excellent apartment with a very spacious living area. It had everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable. It was in a very quiet location, but close enough to the centre for our needs. We would certainly consider it for our next visit to Nice.

A great Appartment in a wonderful location. Bouchra, who handed us the keys. Went above and beyond. She even met us at the train station because me and my girls did not know how to get to the Appartment. The building was secure and in a nice area. We were a 9 min walk from the beach and 15 min walk from the city center. The Appartment had a one bedroom. The sleeper sofa was available as well. We were 3. We had everything we needed in the Appartment and Bouchra was always ready to help.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious. The location was excellent with a bar on the corner, a bakery across the road and a shop around the corner. All the major attractions were in reach either by walking or public transport.

super apartment , clean and comfortable. It had everything you need for a stay. handy location within 7 minutes walk of the train station and some handy shops and bakery right outside the front door. 10 minutes walk to the main promenade. Key access arrangements were fine and worked well.

Die Lage und Ausstattung der Unterkunft waren perfekt, sehr sauber und modern. Die Unterkunft liegt zentral, Geschäfte, Gastronomie und Strandpromenade sind gut und rasch zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat super geklappt auch die Schlüsselübergabe bei der Abreise die früh am Morgen (6:45 Uhr) erfolgte. Sehr netter Chatverkehr mit Besitzer für die Abklärung der Anreise und Abreise.

Wonderful apartment, within walking distance of many attractions and public transport but in a lovely local area. Would definitely recommend staying here with young children. Was clean, very comfortable and spacious with many amenities. The hosts were very helpful and easily contactable.

Great location, on a quiet residential street near tram stop Alsace-Lorraine. Newer remodeled apartment on 2nd floor with elevator.
