Renovated Breton farmhouse near the sea, all yours! (Plouézec, Côtes d'Armor, Brittany) This charming house, completely renovated with taste and all the comforts, will meet your expectations for a holiday by the sea, in the open Breton air! Bordering Paimpol, just 3km from the town center of Plouézec and the first shops, the house is ideally located for many relaxing and rejuvenating activities: GR34 and hiking trails, various beaches... On the housing side, the property was completely renovated between 2022 and 2023 to offer you all the expected comfort. You have a south-facing veranda, allowing you to enjoy indoor / outdoor use at all times a large living room with exposed beams (and a 140 wide sofa bed) kitchen bathroom with shower a separate toilet on the ground floor, with washbasin Upstairs are two independent attic bedrooms (floor area under 1.80m of 4m² nevertheless pleasant to sleep in) a toilet without washbasin upstairs Outside you can enjoy a garden in front and behind the house, a south-facing terrace, deck chairs, a plancha and 4 bicycles at your disposal... additional information: housing not PMR accessible due to the stairs; sheets and towels optional on request. For any questions do not hesitate to contact us NB: optional cleaning: 50 euros.
