Not the hotel's fault, but eating out in Brest without a reservation is difficult... and finding somewhere open at lunchtime was impossible and we resorted to a bakery... the weather wasn't great, so maybe we just didn't go far enough away from the hotel

Parking was nightmare - hotel had no parking facilities & had to park on side roads & first time we tried it, it took nearly an hour to find somewhere suitable. Hotel did not really live up to its 4* rating

Air conditioning doesn't work verywell, even turned into 30°C, still feel cold during the night. Little expensive if without parking.
Bed (mainly mattress & bet clothing) are super confort. Breakfast is delicious. A market on Sunday morning.

The bedroom was cold and the AC was unable to warm the room up even when turned up to full heat. Reception area is nice but sparse. The bar area in the lobby was somewhat impersonal and lacked warmth. Although a reference to a restaurant is made, it is not at Le Continental but at a partner hotel the Oceana which is a short walk away. Le Nautilus.

The bathroom smelled horrible humid/moist. The furniture was old and used. Price quality was very bad,... 135€ was way too high. When mentioning about the smell in the bathroom and the price level,.. the lady at the counter laughed things away.
