The room was clean and offered a nice view of the neighborhood. The room was on the 6th floor. The hotel has a lift which was more than welcomed.

Kindness of the staff. They made a nice arrangement about breakfast.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Rafik did a wonderful job and the lady in charge of the breakfast was very welcoming.

the location was amazing and very close to the metro and some great restaurants. The hotel was clean and a lovely place to stay

The hotel has nice breakfast and you can have free coffees every time you like. The room was really small but so clean and everyday some makes the room clean. The staffs are helpful and kind and they do their bests to have a good stay there. The location is great and you can access matron and bus easily. Check in process is so fast we arrived at midnight and so tired but the staff gave us the room so quick. Beds are really comfortable.

Very kind receptionist Mary-Paul , willing to help whatever we needed. Great breakfast and the possibility to have a coffee or a hot chocolate whenever you wanted. Very good location.. value for money. Great and clean bathroom with hot water always. Possibility to leave our luggages after check out.. very comfortable bed!!!!

location was amazing. The receptionist who was there from check in and the next two days was extremely friendly and helpful. she definitely made the experience even better
