The beds were different than the pics in booking, we insisted, hardly changed. We lost time discussing. At nights we needed to pass two gates with password while getting back to hotel, interesting area, no public transp. Towels not changed although we requested beforehand. Last day the coffee/tea machine didn't give beverage but debited our cards many times; we told the reception next day and they said it would be fixed, it took ten days, but prb solved.

This was perfect for us, it was an extremely quiet room, bed was comfortable and clean, the shower pressure great as was the wifi and air con. Breakfast had three cereals to choose from, lots of varied fresh fruit along with dried fruit and fresh fruit salad, plentiful yogurts and pastries plus ham, cheese, madelines and condiments. The pizza place across the road was enjoyable, there are more restaurants close by and an Asian supermarket.
The staff went above and beyond to help us out letting us use their phone and minding our luggage for a few hours.
Overall a very good budget hotel especially when you want a good night's sleep.

Not a great place for visitors as there are not much...
Not a great place for visitors as there are not much transport available including taxis. Taxis who come from far charge us for the distance travelled by them for the pick up also. I travelled for 5 kms but had to pay for 15 kms since the taxi came from a distance of 10 kms. Also there are not many food courts place available. To me this place is not suitable for travellers.

Room was small but comfortable and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location not to be advised for weekend stay as it is an industrial area where most is closed in the weekend (only the Asian Market (great!!) and a grill restaurant were open) Entry to the hotel is not at easy as it seems, when you do not have access to your mail while driving to the hotel. They send us an entry code half an hour before arriving, we, of course, had not seen that, and tried to open the gate with the reservation code and pin :-) We would book again.

Located ca. 10km from Lyon int'l airport terminals, in the neighboring industrial/commercial zone. Check-in and installation very simple and smooth - the hotel has a large fenced parking lot and a convenient system of password codes for its external and internal locks, such that access can be easy at any time of the day and night.
I find it very convenient that F1 hotels provide with 24 hrs check in
and the location usually very convenient (to be used a stop off for night after long drive)
It's our return stay at this hotel. We enjoyed it last time, enjoyed it now, too. Everything works fine, from staff, to room condition, to breakfast. Thank you!
We enjoyed it very much here. Wanted to return to this hotel last night but it did not have availability, unfortunately. A very cool hotel for short stays.
Carlos was super helpful, including cooking pizza, which was ace.
By far the best premiere Classe hotel I have stayed in, and would definitely recommend.
