We have stayed in the Ibis's before and find them great for the money. It allowed us to stop with our dog, was clean and adequate for our needs.
A simple continental style breakfast was included in the price.

The Hotel is in a secondary area is showing signs of being run down and requires major refurbishment to bring it up to the standard of other group properties. Which was a shame because the member of staff working on her own tried very hard.

The airconditioning wasn’t working, so I reported this to reception, who at first said that it hadn’t been turned on, because “no one expects warm weather....”. Afterwards I decided to cancel my booking, only to be told that a technician was on the way to fix the problem and should be here within a couple of hours, so I decided to give the hotel a chance. Opening the window wasn’t really an option, it was about 30c and, not only that, there were mosquitos waiting to get in..... However at 2.00am the aircon was still only blowing warm air out! Didn’t get much comfortable sleep then. At breakfast I asked reception about the lack of aircon and her promise that someone was supposed to fix the problem, she said that the aircon worked in reception, and in a couple of rooms - as if that was acceptable! I had already decide not to extend my stay, but to sleep elsewhere on Sunday night! Incidentally, other guests also commented on the failure to switch on the aircon. I also called B&B hotline in Paris, who were apologetic, but couldn’t help.

The staff were pleasant and welcoming. The hotel is however very tired and needs a refurbish . The furniture in the dining room was chipped and some chairs were shabby. The pillows were awful and seemed to be in two parts hard and soft which was bizarre and not good for sleeping. The bed was reasonably comfortable. Breakfast was ok but pricey for what was supplied. The hot water in the dining room for tea wasn't hot and no English breakfast tea! Very disappointing. We wont return.
Easy location when transitting France en route elsewhere. Hotel is pure budget, but meets minimal needs and was good value for money. Breakfast was surprisingly good, and although there were 4 of us, there were no complaints at all. Parking was easy and sufficient and the lady that ran reception and breakfast service was pleasant and very helpful. Cheap, cheerful and exactly the short stop over with no frills that we expected.
It was spacious, quiet since it’s in residential area, fully equipped kitchen, cozy and comfortable. Locals are very nice, helpful, welcoming, even bus drivers. Convenient to bus F3, F6 & 41 that connect to metro to go to Rouen or grocery. There’s a boulangerie nearby. Train stop nearby but no station, just a stop.
We have stayed at this hotel previously. It is reasonably priced and a relatively short drive from Calais so good for travelling in Northern France. Even though these are budget rooms we get a good night's sleep with 2 adults and 2 dogs in the room. We expect to use the hotel again in the future.
Easy to find. Clean, modern, recently refurbished hotel. Very comfortable room and modern bathroom. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Close to bus stop for frequent service into the centre of Rouen. Close to restaurants and a Lidli supermarket. Also close to the Zénith events arena.
the size of the room, above the other budget hotels. clean, quiet, warm. large bathroom. the reception was closed, but very nice english speaking little lady, came from the reception of "the originals access" and helped me out with everything.
Like this hotel, have stayed there 3 times now, good position for on route down to Loire valley, nice staff and good breakfast, didn't have a evening meal this time but on previous occasions have had meal's there and have been good.
The hotel is easy accessible from the high way, perfect for a one night stay on the way home. Tesla fast chargers next to the hotel which was great for us. An outside pool and relaxing area was very nice. Rooms were ok.
The hotel was very busy and I believe they had had some difficulties, we arrived at check in to lots of people complaining. They seemed to be short staffed but everyone was pleasant and doing the best they could.
Lovely staff and nice design. In the rush of leaving with 2 kids, a toy was lost on the way and we hadn’t even realised. Hotel staff called us right away so we could come pick it up. Made our day !
Loads of free parking, ten minute drive to Rouen and close to restaurants and shops. Room and hotel a bit dated but clean and comfortable and the pool and surrounding trees are great for relaxing.
We travel with two dogs, the hotel has always accommodated us on the ground floor with easy access. Staff are very helpful and the restaurant is dog friendly.
