Il monolocale si trova nella zona dell'aeroporto ma il centro di Nizza è raggiungibile con poche fermate di metro. Peraltro, la fermata è proprio sotto casa; ciò rende agevole spostarsi anche se non si vuole o non si può utilizzare un'autovettura. Il mare è davvero a 2 passi. La Promenade, infatti, è raggiungibile in circa 5 minuti a piedi. L'appartamento è in condizioni molto buone e dotato di tutto il necessario per rendere piacevole il soggiorno per 1 o 2 persone: piastra ad induzione, frigo da tavolo, stoviglie, piatti, lavatrice (a pagamento), ecc. Lo stabile, le parti comuni e l'ascensore sono ben tenuti. La zona è viva, soprattutto di giorno, ed è ricca di esercizi commerciali: pizzerie, supermercati, panetterie, negozi di abbigliamento e di scarpe, ecc.

L'emplacement est top à 150 mètres de la plage avec un accès rapide au centre ville et à l'aéroport grâce au tram dont l'arrêt est en bas de l'immeuble. Il y a de plus à proximité ( moins de 300 mètres) tous le commerces dont un supermarché pas trop cher et avec beaucoup de choix ( carrefour) Enfin , j'ai trouvé le lit confortable. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Merci Je recommande et je reviendrai.
