Exceptionally beautiful, and peaceful property. Very comfortable bed, in a delightful room. The host is very kind, and helpful. Good restaurant nearby about a 15-20 min walk along the Seine through a wooded path.

NetherlandsThe most fantastic location, directly on the banks of the river Seine. The accommodation is a 16th? century thatched building, furnished in traditional style with the most comfortable bed! Very welcoming host who offered a local aperitif on arrival. To be aware this is not an all singing all dancing modern five star hotel. It is instead a piece of tranquility in the quaintest, quietest of hamlets.

United States of AmericaThis property is absolutely spectacular. You can lie in a superking size bed and watch the boats sail along the Seine. The whole properly is steeped in history and Bertrand the owner will tell you all about Turner basing himself there to paint. Bertrand will also offer you a small glass of the local Calvados to sample which is delicious. We also had a beautiful home cooked meal in the Garden room provided by Bertrand - it was our second stay there and we decided to stay for 2 nights rather than just one, just because it is so relaxing an idyllic. La Bonne Auberge is and experience not just a place to stay.

IndiaThe location is phenomenal and the sunsets and sunrises over the river Seine at the bottom of the beautifully managed gardens was hypnotic. My host's welcome was warm and friendly, breakfast was excellent and the room was tastefully and appropriately curated with furnishings, painting, books and sculpture. The bathroom was wonderful and there was plenty of hot water and at a good pressure. All in all it was wonderful and I will definitely find an opportunity to return.

The Bellevue suite is very large and can accomodate 4 persons in 1 King size bed (2m x 2m) and 1 convertible soga (190 x 160cm).
