Lovely place and owners. Rustic atmosphere, nice breakfast. Away from the crowds and still close to the freeway. When we left, we got stuck with our trailer. The owners were super kind and helpful.

英國Authentic and idyllic French countryside. Very friendly staff, excellent dinner in the backyard under the shade of a big tree.

英國La Ferme du Ciel is located a short distance from Bordeaux, yet is surrounded by forest so it feels as though you are properly in the countryside. The rooms are tastefully decorated and comfortable, and it felt like a home rather than a hotel. The host, Patricia, is also a balloon pilot, and I enjoyed having a chat with her. Dinner was delicious - freshly prepared, with vegetables from the garden. It's possible to go for a walk through the forest, which belongs to the property. I wasn't staying long, so didn't get to experience a balloon flight - next time!
