Fresh bread, nice croissants, very good coffee, orange juice and local jams including chestnut jam. Room was always clean and air conditioning worked very well. Bathroom was newly refurbished and always clean. This is a small privately owned hotel in a delightful provincial town in southern France, not a Holiday Inn or Premier Inn. Truly delightful owner who was friendly, helpful and attentive.

The swimming pool and the garden around the pool could have been for a four-star hotel. The room was very quiet, all rooms are on the ground floor. The hotel is installed in an old silk factory, a beautiful building. The breakfast was good (for my wife some savoury additions would have been welcome). The hotel is located close to the village centre, in a very quiet area.

Breakfast was served rather than self service. We were able to leave the car at the property while we explored the interesting town. The silk museum Masion Rouge is a must as is the market that takes over most of the town on a Tuesday.
