Anne was waiting for us when we arrived, very friendly and immediately made us feel welcome. The house is lovely, authentic but with modern elements (dish washer,...). Anne is available if there is any problem. The garden was amazing, what a view! House very well equiped and cleaned perfectly. Lovely to go for a walk, nearby castles and villages (mortrée, alençon, sées,...). Our little girl loved it as well!

FranceDe gite is gelegen in een klein dorpje met mooie natuur er rond. Het is ook zeer rustig en prive gelegen. Het is een zeer mooi gerestoreerde gite waar veel originele elementen bewaard zijn gebleven. Heel mooie ligging om ook te voet wandelingen te doen in de nabij gelegen bossen en velden alsook de talrijke kastelen, burchten en middeleeuwse dorpjes waren een plezier om te bezoeken. Is ook een mooi onderhouden streek waar de Covid regels zeer goed gerespecteerd werden. Ook in de woning werden de strenge Covid maatregelen goed gerespecteerd met handgel aanwezig bij aankomst. De host was ook zeer lief en gaf voldoende tips om de streek te ontdekken.

This house has a beautiful history: it is the old grocery store of the village (see photos). The grocery store has become a room in which you will find the bell entrance to the ceiling and the tiles that have kept the traces of the many passages through the centuries ... The kitchen as for it was the old cafe of the village and she has kept its friendly side with its large stone fireplace Caen. A big leap in time!
