The location was convenient and relatively central. We were able to walk almost everywhere. A few cute little restaurants around the place too. The stairs were a killer but a good workout.

Room could get a bit warm at time’s despite having radiators off. Wasn’t a problem in November/December, but I would be wary about staying in the summer.
The property is opposite a metro which takes less than 10 minutes to get into the centre. Beds are super comfortable. Shower is really nice. Staff are friendly. Food and drinks in the bar are reasonably priced and crepes were very good!

Facilities weren't in the best shape - no door to the bathroom, WiFi signal was weak, the radiator was hard to adjust (it was unpleasantly hot in the room where we arrived and the radiator was either hot or cold - tricky to set to simply being warm). The street was also very loud, so it was noisy whenever we opened a window.
Very friendly and helpful staff, great location (METRO station, bus stops nearby), comfortable bed (which is a huge asset after a whole day of sightseeing!), tasty crepes and really nice drinks! The room was smaller than we expected, but it was very neat and suited our needs perfectly.

There is not lift inside the building, which is ok because was not written in the description but we booked a room few months ago letting know we have an infant with us and they gave us the room at the 3rd floor which made it very difficult and nobody asked us if we need any help with all the stuff. So we asked to leave the buggy downstairs and they said yes which is was great.

Extrem steet noise. Prepare some ear plugs or make love the entire night. We gave up on our more friendly and spacious room nr. 11 on the 6th floor due to the fact that we were travelling with heavy luggage and it would have been a crazy act to walk all those stairs up and down.
Good heating in room nr. 2. It's been a list minute on budget booking. If saving money in Paris is your ain, go for it. They serve pancakes downstairs. It smelled nice. We didn't taste any though.

Well located , close to metro and walking distance to central Paris. Just bare in mind , there’s no elevator ... if you have a big luggage and and a room on the top floor, get ready to sweat 😀

Noise from the street is relentless but great experience. Close to Metro 20 yards. Bus route. Also Uber is cheapest to and from airport if you use taxis. Narrow spiral staircase not great for less mobile people.
Location made it easy to walk into Paris central and experience the noise and bustle.

No elevators so if you have heavy luggage, it is very incovenient. No electric kettle but you can ask the staff at the cafe at the ground floor for a hot water to drink.
