We stayed in the top floor apartment and loved it. The place is very clean with an artistic touch that makes it unique. The house is within walking distance from the old town (5-10 min.). Katty and Moise (the owners) were very helpful with advice for restaurants, beaches and little villages around Perpignan worth visitin. It was a great experience for my family.
CanadaWe loved the warm, yet, hip feel of the place. It’s a new apartment, so we caught some of the “honeymoon” of the place. Great location re access to both the center of the old city and the local beaches. The owners take their time to meet with guests and explain the local ins and outs of the Perpignan area. We highly recommend 27, especially to families.

The flat was really thoughtfully organised i.e. a lot of good lights for reading which could be turned off at the door or from bed. A very pleasant place to stay.

With the facilities of a full house we were able to be very self sufficient and caught up on some washing too. The apartment is very spacious. If the weather was a little brighter we would have enjoyed the courtyard too. The old town and attractions, along with many bars and restaurants were a short walk.
