Separate WC and washing machine On the second floor of this duplex, a spacious room opens to a balcony with lake views. The bedroom has a double bed of 160x200. Option to add a single bed for a total capacity of 5/6 people. New luxury bedding. Ensuite bathroom with double sinks, tub/shower, and separate WC. ***The apartment is located in a new building with two identical apartments.
