Lovely old town to walk about and plenty o restaurants although I have to recommend most highly Chez Jean. We had an amazing meal there. We only stay overnight so don't get much chance for sightseeing but the Cathedral is worth a visit,

We booked a room with air conditioning but on arrival after travelling by car from the uk on a very hot day the room didn't have air con. Or a fan.
It was also impossible to communicate with reception since nobody spoke any other language but French.
We didn't stay and at this point there was the option of half refund but I decided to request a full refund so I wrote to the property and booking.com who didn't handle this very well since after a long wait I realized that it had complained to the wrong property.
In the end I didn't get any refund.

Little town, with some charm.
Little town, with some charm.
We have stayed for one night only but we had a good time,
Lots of bars and restaurants near the basilica.
One massive NEGATIVE point is the amount of dog poo all over the city,

A short stopover on the drive back to the UK from Italy. I had a nice evening walk around the area I was staying in and drink/meal in the town square. Plenty to see on the streets, lovely bars on the sqaure and a good choice of restaurants

Odd mix of high end shops and scruffiness.
Odd mix of high end shops and scruffiness. Some good bars but choice of restaurants was not great and the meal we had was overpriced and mediocre. Town is good stopover if you are travelling through France from UK.

We loved our stay in the two bed apartment.
We loved our stay in the two bed apartment. Two large bedrooms and the lounge with kitchen was huge! Parking in the courtyard was great and it is a short two minute stroll to the town square with several good restaurants. We took the owners up on their offer of breakfast after they said there was no rush to decide but they just needed to let the bakery know how many croissants etc. 11 euros bought us a fabulous traditional French breakfast. We were joined by Navy the beautiful and very friendly family daschund. Great stay. Beautiful old chateau hotel.
Excellent value for money! We stayed here while driving across France. We took the hot tub room and found it incredibly relaxing after the exhausting day on the road.
+Our host confirmed our booking in minutes, was super friendly and made 11pm check in super quick.
+Location is excellent for access to the attractions of St Quentin center and for walking our dog by the canal.
+The room was super comfy with modern walk in shower and hot tub in the room
Thanks for your hospitality:)
Rooms dirty. Tv had been vandalised in Friends room. Graffiti in their bathroom. Graffiti on the ceiling above our bed. Only 1 light worked in our room. People arriving past midnight standing on balconies talking and smoking. Walls paper thin. Couldn’t wait to get out. Supposed to be staying in another Premier classe the next night but cancelled it. Would rather pay treble the price for a last minute booking in a half decent hotel than stop another night in one of these.
Lots of space, a home away from home feel. Perfect for traveling with a baby. All the essentials plus more that you could need. Excellent location for walking to st Quentin, parc d’isle and lots of day trips. Quick communication with staff through messenger. 2 Fans in the room to help with heat - we stayed when it hit 29 degrees and the place stayed cool. Nice firm bed, excellent powerful hot shower.
The room was very comfortable and well designed. Plus there is everything you need to make yourself a tea / coffee.
The sauna is great, and the jacuzzi also. The area is quiet.
Alexis is a very nice host on top of the rest.
Better than what we had expected and very good value.
We intend to go back there if we travel again between Paris and Brussels.
Highly recommended!
The hotel was easy to find, right off the highway in an industrial area. There were fast food restaurants in the area. The breakfast that was a available was a nice buffet, and the staff was responsive and pleasant. That was a good value. The room was spacious, had lovely sized skylights that did not open. The room was air-conditioned.
There was parking available in a gated surface lot straight across the street from the hotel. Call ahead to get the gate code. We liked that there was a restaurant in the hotel so we didn't have to go out when we arrived late in the evening. All staff that we interacted with were very helpful.
the property was in a perfect location in Saint Quentin about a 5 minute walk from the main square. The apartment was tasteful furnished and had everything we needed for a short stay on our drive through France. Particularly liked the fact it had secure parking (free) which is rare in a city
Great place to stay as a stop over travelling through France. About 1hr 45mins from Calais, so works well which ever direction you are travelling in. Wish we had time to walk around the town, but will definitely be coming back and will make time to look around Saint-Quentin next time.
Great location near the train station. About 10 to 15 minutes walking distance from downtown Saint-Quentin. The apartment is located in front of the Picardy hotel, they are the one in charge of everything. The apartment was very clean and nicely renovated.
Second stay at Le Florence which we find to be one of the best spot on our travel from the UK to France.
The staff is very friendly, pet friendly and the price is very good. The breakfast also have good options at a good price.
we travel to France regularly & we’re hoping it was nearer to the motorway but apart from that our stay was great ! the staff were extremely helpful & the food was lovely too ! thank you all so much !
Lovely Hotel, lovely breakfast. We usually stop next to the Motorway when driving through, but really glad we took the extra 5 minutes to get to this really interesting town and Hotel.
Third time staying in this hotel. It is very central to the town, near to restaurants etc. Easy to get to from the autoroute. Parking available at the hotel.
Stopped off in St Quentine for a night on the way back from the UK. Nice little hotel, friendly staff. Decent location with parking in town. Was clean.
