## The space This apartment, located at the first floor, of a building with en elevator is composed as followed: - Fully equipped kitchen (stoves, oven, micro-wave, coffee machine, kettle, ustentiles) and an accessible to a small balcony - Large entrance hall with storage space - Living room with a dining table / Internet / couch, AC - Balcony of 4m2 and a table for 2 accessible from the living room - Bedroom 1 : double bed (140x200cm), storage, fan (no AC) - Bathroom 1 : shower, sink, toilets - Bedroom 2 : double bed (160x200cm), wardrobe, fan, inclose bathroom (no AC) - Bathroom 2 : accessible from the bedroom 2 : shower, sink, toilets The apartment has AC in the living room and 2 fans for the bedrooms. There is no parking spot with this appartment ## Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment appart from a closet for personal use. ## Guest interaction Guests will be in contact with our agency located down the street (3 mn walking distance). They will be able to contact us prior to arrival in order to confirm the check in and/or check out time at least a day before. Throughout their stay, they will be able to contact our agency in order to get assisted. ## Other things to note The apartment does not have a parking spot and ACs in the bedrooms. There is a set of bed linen per bed upon arrival with one larger towel and one small towel per person at check in. ## The neighborhood The apartment is located in the city-center of Antibes so you will be able to enjoy walking to the old area of Antibes, to the beaches and restaurants shorts and bars. It is very convienent to be in this district thanks to its closeness of the beach and the old city at the same time. If you come by car, you can park at a Q Park in Antibes (it is an extra charge) or in the street up to availability (you need to pay as well). No private parking included
