The bed is incredibly comfortable, the hammock sit makes you not want to leave the stunning living room with the beautiful view over the canal. We absolutely loved this place. Location as well for exploring, shopping and so many great bars and restaurants is perfect. We can’t wait to go again

The Thiou Paradise is an apartment with charm (completely no-smoking), located in the heart of the old town by the side of the Thiou (river), within a few minutes walk from the lake. It's the ideal place for a short break with your loved one or business trip. Different opportunities are available to you : from two nights to several weeks. The Thiou Paradise an a access by the arcades, apartment on the first floor, no elevator, overlooking the Thiou canal, bedroom on the inner courtyard. The apartment was freshly renovated in 2015, 70sqm at your disposal. A big living room with exposed beams and lime-rendered walls, looking down on the thiou with a balcony on the river. Flat screen with international and french TV channels, musicals radios, free wifi access. Bar, equipped kitchen with all necessary comfort, Nespresso coffee machine. Nice bedroom with a double bed. Separate bedroom and toilet.
Le Thiou Paradise, petit havre de paix en plein coeur de la vieille ville avec son balcon unique surplombant le Thiou plus petite rivière de France. Ici nous avons l'art de partager et de faire découvrir les endroits qu'ont aiment. Au Thiou Paradise s'est se sentir comme à la maison en mode relaxe au coeur de la cité historique d'Annecy dans une bâtisse de 1696.
L'appartement se trouve au coeur de la vieille ville sur les bords du Thiou (Canal principal qui traverse la ville). La vieille ville abrite le château d'Annecy ainsi que le palais de Lisle ( Les vieilles prisons). Pas moins de 3 églises et une cathédrale se trouve nichés au coeur de la ville. La vieille ville est située a 2 pas du lac avec de nombreux bars et restaurants.
