Very nice and cozy room with a comfortable bed, air condition, TV and clean bathroom. Refrigerator in the room was very helpful! Hotel is with restaurant that is a bit more lively, it has a variable evening program during the week (with its own DJ), nice atmosphere and very goood kitchen, the best Mojito (Royal) ever have. Owner was friendly and helpful. Location is 10 minutes walk from the beach.

The bed was strangely tilted on one side which made spleeping uncomfortable. The entrance is through the terrace where the tables are set all around and very narrow. Air conditioning was practically not working. Our room was directly above kitchen and if we had the window open we could smell everything from the kitchen.

The Hotel has rooms facing the seaside and rooms to the street side. We had a room to the street. It was a nightmare. From our 5 nights there, 4 were ruined because of very loud music which was not played by any other bar or restaurant, no simply by the hotels very own restaurant. And it was really loud, comparable to a club. The music didnt stop until 2 oclock in the morning. The wellbeing of the hotel guests does not seem to be important to the staff. They lied to us when we complained about the noise and said it was exceptional. It was not. Also they let us wait a few times at the reception and one waiter who did the breakfast was extremely unfriendly. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday where you are treated well, this is the wrong place for you.

Elevator could be of help, but the owner offered to helped us with baggages. Parking was not part of the hotel, but was quite close (3 minutes walk) so not really a big problem.

Room smelt of chemicals. Very old/tired room that did not match photos (some rooms are renovated, others are not). Paper thin walls. Air con did not work. Short uncomfortable bed. There are many better places to stay on this section of coast. Overpriced.
