We were met by the host, Emilie, who was very friendly and spoke perfect English. The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped with everything you could need for self catering which was our first consideration as no restaurants open during the curfew period. Lovely comfortable bed and excellent shower. Particularly appreciated that there was a sky-light window in the bedroom providing some fresh air. Security was very safe and parking outside within view. Highly recommended and good value. On the bus route.

L'appartement "Les Bois Flottés est idéalement situé dans le quartier de Paramé. Il dispose d'un salon/salle à manger très agréable avec son joli mur de pierre éclairé, d'une grande cuisine sur-équipée, d'une chambre dotée d'un grand lit "queen size", d'une jolie salle de bain/wc. Le salon dispose d'un canapé lit qui pourra recevoir uniquement des enfants, un ou deux. Il est accompagné d'un sur-matelas bultex. Vous vous y sentirez très à l'aise au cours de votre séjour.
D'origines bretonne et normand, nous sommes heureux de vous accueillir dans l’appartement des 'Bois Flottés". Nous sommes tombés amoureux de Saint-Malo et sa région il y a quelques années et sommes persuadés que vous tomberez également sous le charme. Nous ne sommes pas sur place car habitons la région de Tours, mais vous pourrez nous contacter autant que vous le souhaitez. Émilie, qui elle réside à Saint-Malo et s'occupera de l'appartement à l'issue de votre séjour, pourra également vous aider en cas de besoin.
Paramé est une ancienne commune d'Ille-et-Vilaine, qui a fusionné avec Saint-Servan et Saint-Malo le 29 octobre 1967. Elle est située à l'est de Saint-Malo, à laquelle elle est reliée par le Sillon. Paramé est connue pour sa longue plage de près de 2 kilomètres couramment appelée plage de Rochebonne (wikipédia). Vous trouverez à proximité de l'appartement tous les commerces dont vous aurez besoin, boulangerie au pied de l'appartement, restaurants, bars, épicerie, traiteur, marché mercredi et samedi matin, coiffeurs, cave à vin/rhum/whisky, etc, le tout à moins de 300 m à pied. Vous pourrez aussi vous rendre au supermarché à 900 m de l'appartement. Vous pourrez vous rendre à la belle plage de Rochebonne à 15 mn à pied et, pour les plus courageux, continuer tout le long des 2000m de la digue du sillon jusque intramuros, admirant la superbe vue sur l'océan et la plage ainsi que les magnifiques villas du 19ème. Pour le retour un bus pourra vous déposer à la mairie de Paramé afin de vous reposer et profiter de l'appartement.
