Camping RCN Les Collines de Castellane is 12 mi from Lac de Castillon and 4 mi from Castellane, the gateway to the Gorges du Verdon region. It offers a seasonal outdoor swimming pool with slides and massage jets, a restaurant, a pizzeria and a snack bar. The mobile homes, chalets and luxury tents at Les Collines have an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and bedrooms equipped with pillows and covers. Each unit has a furnished terrace. The romance of Provence and the excitement of the Alps meet in RCN les Collines de Castellane. The diverse landscape with its the many variations in height is exceptionally well-suited for an active holiday for all ages. The famous Verdon Gorge is also known as the Grand Canyon of Europe.

Neighborhood info

Over 25 kilometres long and plunging 1,000 metres in places, the Gorge du Verdon is the most impressive gorge of southern France. This European equivalent of the Grand Canyon offers spectacular views and a range of adventure tours and activities. The Haute Provence also boasts atmospheric old villages and historical towns, nestled in a beautiful landscape with purple lavender fields, olive trees and other Mediterranean greenery.
