Située sur les hauteurs de Vence, la propriété bénéficie d'une position dominante unique et d'une vue mer vraiment époustouflante, qui étonne et enchante chaque visiteur. Au calme, dans un cadre naturel préservé c'est l'endroit idéal pour visiter la Côte d'Azur en profitant d'un gîte de très grand confort pour se relaxer. (Nice 23kms, Cannes 33 kms) La maison est inscrite à l'office de tourisme et classée 4****. Parking, WIFI gratuits Tout est prévu pour que vous passiez de très bonnes vacances
Nous habitons le quartier dans une propriété voisine et serons ravis de vous accueillir avec gentillesse et simplicité pour que vous vous sentiez comme chez vous. Nous sommes tombés tout de suite sous le charme de Vence et de notre quartier tranquille au coeur de la nature . Nous ne nous lassons pas de la magnifique vue mer . Nous adorons promener notre golden retriever sur les sentiers de randonnée nombreux sur la commune, faire du bateau. Marc est ingénieur en informatique, après avoir longtemps travaillé pour une grande compagnie Américaine, il travaille maintenant depuis la maison. Françoise est juriste de formation, métier qu'elle a mis de côté pour élever ses enfants et s'occuper de la restauration des maisons et du jardin.Françoise aime beaucoup préserver la nature et jardine sans pesticides . Les enfants sont grands maintenant : Lauriane est designer de produits et Loïc étudie l'informatique.
Vence est une cité médiévale au charme provençal avec de nombreux commerces et restaurants . C'est une ville à taille humaine très appréciée pour sa situation proche de Monaco , Nice, Cannes et son côté authentique, charme, et nature avec la possibilité de faire beaucoup de randonnées. Notre quartier est très résidentiel et très recherché en raison de son emplacement plein sud avec vue mer. Les propriétés alentours sont de grandes et belles propriétés en forêt. Nous sommes situés en dehors de la ville et un véhicule est absolument nécessaire car le dernier kilomètre est une petite route de montagne qui grimpe beaucoup ( le col de Vence et les montagnes ne sont pas loin ); un peu surprenant le 1er jour pour certains visiteurs, on s'y habitue vite et on est récompensés à l'arrivée par la vue et le calme ! Attention nous aimons le calme et nos voisins aussi ...notre propriété n'est donc pas adaptée pour des fêtes ou réunions bruyantes, c'est vraiment un endroit pour se relaxer et se reposer en passant des vacances tranquilles au soleil.
